Delivery within 48 hours
Whenever possible, we deliver the items you have ordered within 48 hours to your chosen address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. If an item is not in our warehouse and a longer delivery time is expected, this will be indicated in your shopping basket during the order process.

We deliver many items from a value of CHF 15 postage-free throughout Switzerland, Liechtenstein and abroad (stamps only).

Invoice option for registered customers
Registered customers benefit from the payment option of a monthly invoice. This will be sent on the 15th of every month.

A range of payment options, no credit card fees
Choose between the following payment options: credit cards, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-finance and TWINT. Registered customers can also pay by monthly invoice, gift vouchers or credit loaded in advance in the Customer Center. Swiss Post employees can additionally use staff vouchers as payment.

Self-collection at a PickPost collection point or My Post 24 terminal
Your order (parcel deliveries only) can be delivered conveniently to a location of your choice. You will be informed by SMS and/or e-mail as soon as your goods are ready for collection. A one-off registration is required to use PickPost or My Post 24. You can find further information at and

Consignment tracking
For parcel deliveries, registered customers can view consignments tracked by Swiss Post (Track & Trace) under “My orders”.

Order without registering
At, you can also place your order quickly and easily without opening a login account. If you register, however, you receive the following benefits:
- Redeem discount codes and vouchers
- Pay by invoice
- See an overview of your orders (open and completed)
- Use a single login for various Swiss Post online services
