In the section containing information for collectors, Phila and Franco take us on a journey through Europe, dipping into the world of EUROPA stamps and discovering what these coveted collector’s designs are all about.

Back in Switzerland, our two friends drop into Swiss Post’s mail clinic, where they patch up torn envelopes or complete partial postcodes to make sure that mail that has gone astray can continue on its journey to its letter box.

Once in a while, loose items that have fallen out of their parcel or envelope end up at the clinic – calling for a bit of detective work.
