This card can be used to pay products on hm.com and in any H&M store in Switzerland. The credit balance does not bear interest and is not paid out in cash. The card is valid for 7 years from the date of the last use. After this period it loses its validity without further notice, any remaining credit is lost. Any commercial and industrial resale of the card without the prior consent of H&M is prohibited.

H&M accepts no liability for the loss, theft, damage, illegibility or unauthorised use of this gift card. H&M reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

How it works:

1. Give the card to the employee at the cash desk. The card will be topped up with the amount printed on the front of the carrier.

2. Use the card to make full or partial payments on hm.com or in any H&M store in Switzerland. The purchase amount is deducted from the balance on your card. Any remaining balance is shown on your receipt.

3. Your balance is not paid out in cash, but can only be used for future purchases.

4. The balance on your card may be checked using your card number, either by calling the free service number 0800 665 590, asking the staff at a cash desk in any H&M store or visiting our web page hm.com/customer-service/gift-card/gift-card.html. Please use the online PIN code provided on the back of your card.

5. Treat this card like cash. Keep it safe so you can top it up again and continue shopping.
